With the advent of a "Pens & Writing Instruments" section, it seems fitting to have a thread devoted to discussions regarding ink. I will start things off by inquiring about gel ink. Yafa was making a gel refill expressly for use in a ballpoint Mont Blanc. I purchased some in blue-black (one color) which wrote in a rich slate blue color, very elegant. The problem was these refills were costly and dried up after only a few uses, very frustrating as you can imagine, and I ended up purchasing a MB rollerball. Can someone please tell me what pen or ink company uses or makes a blue-black refill? Thanks much, Faith :cheers:
