As per your request, here is a writing sample. Perhaps we should start a thread specific to writing samples and different color ink?

Indeed!
I have some old love letters from th 40's (I not only collect journals and diaries, but also love letters) and your writing is as nice and any I have seen from that period.
Handwriting is very much a lost charm, yet here we have it again from a young women who obviously cares about this discipline!
Well done Faith!

Classy writing style Faith, and with a new Lamy it will look all the more magical.
I wish my writing was half as good as yours. :crying:
Looking forward to seeing you with a fountain pen

Thank you very much. The irony is when I was a very young girl in the first grade, the teacher sent a note home to my parents telling them my handwriting was hideous. They got a hold of one of those books with the alphabet in upper and lower case, and I traced it and it improved my writing. When you were young children did you have posted in your classrooms the letters of the alphabet in upper and lower case?
