I'm considering parting with my Omega SMP Chrono as I've falled in love again with the first chrono that I actually liked and that is the Breitling Chrono Avenger.

I know the pros on the Omega is that it has pushers that can work under water, build like a tank, comfy bracelet. Cons, I find that the sub dials are harder to read at a glance.

Pros on Chrono Avenger: Light Titanium case, bezel is solid titanium hence no insert to scratch, dial easier to read at a glance, bracelet comfy as hell.

Has anyone owned both watches at one time to give me their 0.2 cents?

I have seen and worn the Chrono Avenger on a few occasions and man that is one HUGE watch! If you want a big noticeable watch then that is a good choice.

I wll also be moving my SMP Chrono soon as well, as I heard through the grapevine that the co-axial chrono will be out early next year...
I have no complaints what so ever regarding the Omegas and although I do admire Breitling I still think Omega is superior, but at the end of the day it's the watch that smiles at you from your wrist that you will truly want anyways, no matter what anyone else says!

:agree:

I hope I get a chance to see the Crono Avenger at the next GTG if you do wind up with it!

I like the case design of the Chrono avenger plus the legibility of the dia compared to the Omega SMP Chrono.

44mm is not that bad for this watch.

I'm currently searching through TimeZone for any deals for it and if anybody over thre wants to trade.
