Blue Sub - only says "SWISS"

I just browsed eBay and was wondering if some of the experts can comment on this listing:

What I was wondering is the marking on the dial at the 6 o'clock position. Based on the picture it looks like it only says "SWISS". Does that look right?

Going from memory here, guys would that be a service dial????

Swiss was used from 1998-2000, superluminova. I do not know if it was used as a replacement dial.

Seller states the watch is an A-serial.

Watch looks GOOD.

BUT - I am not a fan of the seller w/only 1 feedback.

Sellers problem more than anything is setting the reserve as high as it must be for such a low sellers rating.
