I am downsizing my collection and making my vintage GMT available. I acquired this last summer here on TRF from Harold (“Lowflight”). It has gotten essentially no wrist time and deserves more attention. Here are some pics that Harold provided in addition to one that I took of everything included. As you can see, the watch is in great shape. As for service history, the bracelet, case and dial are service replacements (the case indicates a 4.4 million serial, which is an RSC replacement from what I understand). The bracelet has some stretch but still a lot of life remaining. The bezel and crown turn smoothly, and it is a beautiful piece all-around and keeps great time. Also included are a Rolex box (non-vintage) that I had laying around in addition to a NOS 1675 pepsi bezel that I was planning to install but never got around to it. I actually have never really worn the watch, only tried on around the house a few times. I decided that I like the more contemporary Rolex styles, but it is still a stunning watch and certainly one that you don't see out in the wild everyday. You’d be hard-pressed to find a vintage 1675 with lugs this thick!
I’m looking to get an even 4500 for this piece. I would be glad to take more pics and answer any questions you may have, so please don't hesitate.
