mofo,
The pictures appear to be of the real deal.
Folks will be along with opinions of the seller..
Plenty of fraud in the ebay arena, but there are some things you can do to increase your level of awareness..

Call me silly, but I wouldn't buy a watch on Ebay from a person who has his/her handle as "IMYOURMAMA". Plus, he/she has only performed 40 or so transactions on Ebay - sure 100% feedback but that could all be a game.
Personally, I would stick with AD's and solid grey dealers.

The seller has made the items on his last 3 sales "private". This is very suspicious. It could indicate that the seller's account has been stolen. When you go back prior to that you cannot see what the seller has sold, it might have been toothbrush and razor sales.
I would exercise great care, on this one, as it does set off some alarms.
I can see only one sale for a watch and it was $600 allegedly, it could be a fake deal or it could be the last real deal before the account was hijacked. Better safe than sorry on this one.

7% GST, applicable PST (7% in Ontario) of CBSA appraised value plus $5.00 processing fee. No restrictions on importing new or used Rolex into Canada.

The further you purchase from an AD the more due diligence you must perform. I would only purchase from someone I trust and I am not sure how to gain trust quickly from an ebay seller. To me it seems like a lot of work for such little gain.

Customs are not even worth mentioning...We're talking 5%. It's always going to be a better deal if it comes from the US
