I've had this bracelet on a Seiko quartz that recently stopped working. The bracelet only has about a year of service on it.
It is satin finished, in a Rolex Jubilee-style with a double flip lock clasp which is embossed with the TAG logo. I don't have a pic, but can take one if you're interested. This bracelet was designed for the TAG F1 dive type watch but will fit any 18mm sized watch case.
