Hey Breitlingers! I just noticed today as I was drooling on my watch, an inscription of the Breitling "B" on the ratcheted bezel's side at 57 minutes. Do you guys have it too, or is it just me??

I don't know, Gil. Mine is still at the AD where I dropped it off last Saturday for the insurance appraisal. Hopefully, Mrs. Rockrolex is picking it up today. When I get it back I'll check and let you know if I have the same thing.

Thanks RR! It sure would give me peace of mind to know that somebody out there has the same thing. After 2.5 g's out, this watch better be all original or I'm ticked :banghead:

You lost me, Gil. What's the reason for the link? Are you selling or did you buy it?

EUREKA!! I see it, I see it!!:chuckle: :chuckle:

Gil, you just made my day and my weekend.  Yes, you're right....there is a tiny "B" on the side of the bezel exactly at the 58 minute mark!!

Shall try and take a nice macro shot of it on Monday.

Cheers - JJ:cheers:

Whew! Thanks JJ! That's the confirmation of authenticity I wanted to hear

I guess a similar manner would be to that microscopic "coronet" engraved on Rollies at 6 o'clock

I should thank you, Gil, for pointing it out. Once the watch is on your wrist, it is impossible to notice it 'cause it's on the other side. I guess this is one way of stamping authenticity. Rolex does it with the laser etched coronet at '6' on the crystal.

However, I wouldn't put it past those bastard replicators to somehow manage this tiny "B" on a fake!!:banghead: :banghead:
