How do you remove the face for a Rolex Submariner?

I have all of the watch tools I need for most routine care and maintenance (removing case back tool, tweezers, screwdrivers, etc). My watch took a nasty face down fall onto a concrete patio. Face/Crystal was unharmed, but the 12 o'clock "marker" came loose. I wish to remove the face and replace the "marker" - its posts are not damaged. Actually, what I need to do is remove the mechanism from the case (not the actual face from the watch .. I just need to remove the mechanism so that I have more room to repair the "marker").

There are 2 movement holders on the movement. the movement is held in with pressure being put on to the case sides from the holders. In order to loosen the movemement turn the screw clockwise. this will make the screws thread in, releasing pressure from the case. Lefty loosey, and righty tighty dont apply here, it's the other way around. The holders will not come out, they stay on the movement once you've actually tightened the screws IN, turn the movement a bit(clockwise), then place a pad or something on the back of the case. flip the case over, facing up. The movement should drop down, now simply lift the case out of the way. I hope this makes sense, I just woke up and I'm not sure if I'm making much sense to people. BTW Stay away from speakers, and PC's while doing this. GL!

Don't forget to pull the stem too.

Push the stem release button and wiggle the stem out past the detents and out of the watch... put it back in the movement once it is out of the case..
