Awesome. Talk about holy grail watches!
I keep hoping I'll find one of these at a garage sale since there's lots of old Italians in my neighbourhood. Live in hope... die in despair.

Nice but why? I'd prefer 10-15 new special editions then in 60 years I'll be the one laughing if I live that long!

Yeah... but if you can pick one up at a garage sale for say $5.... which is my plan, then that will do just fine!
Even if I won big on the lottery, I couldnt drop that kinda cash on a single watch. :dummy:

There are a few vintage pieces that I would spend a bit of money on, but for the most part I would stay with the newer pieces like the 203 or SE models.

Sorry, those two do absolutely nothing for me. Even with a Powerball Lotto in my pocket, I'd look some other way.
Sorry, don't mean to sound rude, but they seriously do nothing for me....and History be damned!

Same thing with guys that pay for vintage Rolex or Patek watches JJ. It may not make sense to you or me, but to them it makes perfect sense.
Another thing that makes this hobby so fun and interesting.
