Hi, I'm trying to get some info about this Rolex. On the inside of the back it has numbers:6160 and 5865121...It also has marked inside 17 jewels. Many thanks.

FAKE. Maybe wrong, you should also post a shot of the movement to be doubly sure.

You are correct.
This watch was not made by Rolex.
