I am still in Rob. Re the weather I can promisse muggy, it has been bad the last two days, esp if you have to wear suits.

Are we still on for the woolly bay wharf? Do we want a feed, if so, i can reccomend either Kingsleys, China Doll or even the Tilbury. If we are meeting mid arvo I think the Tilbury garden is a great option.

Thanks for the offer Adrian (hope I got the name right) very kind of you.
Since the GTG is a bit later into the month the roads should be a little less hectic so I think I will drive down and make a few days of it and do a bit of work en route:cheers:
I do have a mate in Newcastle were I normally stop over so will see if I feel like the drive back up there at the end of the evening, if not, I might just take you up on that offer, thanks again.

Anyone know of cheap parking near the venue, if it's anything like Brisbane, the meal is going to be cheaper than the parking:rofl:

So, I am in, see you all in a few weeks:thumbsup:

22 December 2009, 09:08 AM
Phil,
The accommodation is a standing offer, and if you want to stay the weekend thats fine too.

I usually park near the Wentworth Park Greyhound Track at Glebe and walk over - its less than 1km away. The western side is best.

Looking forward to the 15th......

Just for those that have not been there before, confusingly, there are two Nicks Seafood restaurants at Darling Harbour.

Pretty sure that we are booked at the same one as the July GTG, so it is the southern most one, ie at Cockle Bay not King street wharf.

Looking forward to a great night.

Hi guys

for anyone looking for us, thought it would be handy to post some pics of some of our faces from the last Sydney GTG in August last year, so you know what some of us look like... alternatively, just look for a bunch of people holding their wrists up at awkward angles

Thanks to Swatty for the original post and the pics (cheers Pete  )

Anyway, here's Pete's post if you want to see more pics http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=89035
