A nice programme to use to resize pictures is Irfanview. It's available free from
www.irfanview.com/
Once you have uploaded a picture to Photobucket, copy the URL by highlighting it and right clicking on it with your mouse. In your message you type [img] Then paste the link and close the square bracket as so [/img]
