If you see the Disable button, all is good. Like Tim said, you need to hit the road, to Starbucks or your local Library or some other open wi-fi source. This should trigger the TRF 2FA token request.
If you see the Enable button, you have not completed setting up 2FA. After you scan the QR code, you have to enter a token number to complete the set up.
