wow really, im sorry to hear about the bad experiences? how does one service a panerai? simply through an AD or Boutique? or do they have service centers like Rolex?
i have only had experiencing servicing a Rolex and i simply would just walk in to the beverly hills location and get what i need done, a full service took about 3 weeks and you get a nice travel pouch. I guess now that RSCBH is gone i need to ship my pieces Texas or New York....
