i have only had experiencing servicing a Rolex and i simply would just walk in to the beverly hills location and get what i need done, a full service took about 3 weeks and you get a nice travel pouch. I guess now that RSCBH is gone i need to ship my pieces Texas or New York....

They have service centres, usually Richemont service centres that will carry out repairs on all their watches such as Panerai, IWC, JLC, etc.
Rolex are on a different planet with repairs from my experiences.
