How exactly is Rolex “poor customer experience” “affecting the brand”? Have the watches become easier to acquire? Are AD display cases suddenly full because customers are fed up? Have discounts started again? Two guys boycotting Rolex because one got his feels hurt is not a movement.
And the whole ‘I’m boycotting Rolex except for the one I’m not getting rid of’ is a textbook definition of the variable moral compass.
I remain unconvinced by the histrionic kabuki theater.
