1) what other items has he been selling?
2) many shady sellers, before issuing refunds, will require the buyer give them a 5 star review.
3) even though there are “protections” in place, the odds are that there is something amiss. These days, only a fool would sell something that far below market…especially if they are an established seller.
4) clearly you are concerned…why go down this path then?
