If you like how it look, my advise would be do not hesitate buying it. It look great even with all those tarnishes in real life.
It can easily be cleaned and look as good as new within 15-30 mins work. I just cleaned it 2 week ago by 3M Scotchgard Tarni-Shield for silver and apply Renaissance wax.
