My sub is buttery smooth and so so satisfying. But - it’s not uncommon for me to look down at my wrist and find that something I was holding or doing has moved the bezel a bit. IMO it might be 10% too loose.
My SeaQ is …. Purposeful. It’s much sturdier, requires significant force to turn, and has less back play than the submariner.
If you think of it as a satisfying fidget or toy to enjoy while aimlessly dazing at your desk, the submariner is unbeatable. If you want to know the bezel is exactly where you left it in a situation where accuracy counts, the SeaQ bezel is better.
