If minute/HR are relumed and/or recoloured hands, they usually go to a dull nothingness (no reflection back) under UV after say 15-20 yrs.... those are a very uniform slightly weird creamy yellow colour under UV! They are clearly not Luminova Service hands of course either.

More macro photos be useful from various angles and different room settings if poss pls.
Tried my best to take another UV shot.

GMT and second hand have a lighter color for sure than the dial.
The hour and minute hand have a sparkling white color
