Sorry to hear about your obvious pain and frustration.
My 225670 runs about 0.5+ a day consistently at the moment. Worn 24/7, even at night. Cannot complain!
Drop it at the AD for a checkup if it is significantly and consistently out of spec when worn. That's what warranty is for.
