No what they claim watch has been tested in a controlled environment to a precision of -2+2 seconds at time of testing, but on the wrist wearing could vary slightly as on the wrist there are many variables to over come, such as different positions, mainspring power-reserve plus many others out of 86400 seconds in a day.
