The dial is fixed to the movement with dial feet that are welded to the bottom of the dial. They fit in holes in the movement. For that reason the dial position cannot be adjusted on the movement.

I would simply loosen the clamps that hold the movement to the case, and nudge the movement a fraction if possible, without stressing the stem. No need to remove anything except the case back.
