Tudor Warranty Service

If you get a Tudor watch repaired/ serviced during the warranty period, what kind of paperwork/ explanation does one expect to receive?

The reason I’m asking is because my black bay 58 blue is losing time and has low amplitude and according to the AD, Tudor doesn’t provide any paperwork as to the reason/ fix? Is this standard operating procedure?
