I'm not keen on the power meter and the 233 movement issues immediately rule it out. If you're paying that sort of cash then I'd expect a bulletproof movement.

The 312 has a much cleaner dial in my opinion.

Now if they had a regular production, manual wind 50's case with all the numbers plus a discrete date function I'd be all over it.
