Enough was enough...the Pam104 I purchased did not come with the warranty booklet, the warranty card or the movement stickers...I had called the AD as soon as I was aware of this and the sales person gave me an excuse that they were misplaced and that they would contact Paneria for replacements...well after waiting 14 days and still no papers and I had not worn my watch because of being worried that something was amiss...I returned the watch to the AD for a refund...I felt I was getting the run-a-round...I was not that sure with what was included in the original packaging at the time of purchase (my fault for not being informed) but asked the sales person twice at time of purchase about the warranty papers/card and he told me they do not come with them...after looking at info from here, did I contact him to correct him and then he started giving me the song and dance....never will I shop at Tappers again....
