Thanks Dan I'm looking forward to it. As you can see currently I'm using O.N. Goldstandard Whey and liking it but am always looking to improve.

What a terrific breakfast. I dont have much of an appetite when I get up at 7am so I eat healthy cereal and fruit but when I get to work I make a protein shake. I eat a much better breakfast on the weekends though when My Kristen can make me a proper one.
I just ate this for lunch btw (6 eggs) and I'll have at least two more protein shakes......I eat about 220 grams of protein EVERY day..FTW.
