Air-king respect, and you can buy a new dials too (as with any Rolex...). Here is my 'after picture, bought the watch in Switzerland where I live in 2008, changed the dial recently. I love the blue glowing markers !
Price to switch dials was 500 Swiss Francs (check out my posting on the matter) . cheers
