Its just find it a little small. Actually, I find anything less than 39mm a little small. Although, when I had the AK, I was definitely singing a totally different tune. Then again, I did find 39mm too big before as well so go figure.
Maybe as I get older, I'll go back to the more subdued look of the AK. A 36mm AK would be awesome tho.

I think it's all about what you get used to. For me, 36mm is absolutely perfect. I prefer not to go over 40mm. Comfort is key
