Thank you gents for the appreciation. I did go at it whole hog - obsessiveness is a character trait of mine. I suspect I am not alone in this here.

Nope, my fault for the misleading pic. That's an aftermarket Oyster bracelet, utterly non-original to the piece. The original was a Gay Freres folded link item in a pattern unique to Zenith, as seen on this A 3630 diver:
