When I worked in a coffee shop I used to clean my jewelery with the espresso steam nozzle. If you have a mini one in your house, put bracelet in some water and just blast it. It will be HOT so remove with caution, but that would do a great job at getting the gunk out. I will caveat and say that I did get a Ultrasonic cleaner in the mail yesterday on recommendation from MJ and I'm excited to use it. I am also amazed at how my Rolex is STILL shining from the Veraet that I used the other day, WOW.
