No issue here to make it public. Made bold claims that watch was unpolished. Received watch and it was quite the opposite. Here is the other issue:
This photo was taken the first day it was worn outside. He suggested to use a hair dryer to remove the condensation and that vintage watches are not waterproofed.

Also claimed watch was serviced. I brought this to my local watchmaker and he had to replace all the gaskets and seals and pressure test it. I didn't bother sending it all the way back to Hong Kong. Chalked it up as lesson learned.
