It isn't a "fix" except for personal aesthetics.. As mentioned in the thread, the bezel has no relationship at all to the dial. There is some tolerance in manufacturing as to where it finally ends up.

Rolex has been more than tolerant with those of us who send theirs in. The bezel insert needs to be removed and rotated slightly and reinstalled for those afflicted with alignment anxiety.
