Good experience with Underwood's Jewelry at their Avondale location in Jacksonville, FL.

Even though I did not purchase the black dial 216750, I found the sales associate Elizabeth and gentleman named Mike very friendly and accommodating. While Elizabeth deferred to Mike for certain questions and requests I had, both were knowledgeable. In fact, Elizabeth was wearing her personal Rolex which she'd had for several years and was able to answer my questions about what kind of service she had seen Rolexes require during the years she's been employed at Underwood's.

They provide a 5 year warranty, are able to service Rolex watches in house, and offer a 10% service discount on watches purchased from them for work not covered under warranty.

I've read some of the horror stories some have had at other AD's.

Just wanted to give props where they're due to a very customer oriented establishment.
