Without reading through every post in this thread,i surmise the poster

is irritated by low ball offers.

My advice to anyone,with my 33 years of sales experience as a general sales and financial director,
if you want to avoid low ball offers on a product you are selling,do not post "offers accepted" or "best offer"
and simply write "firm" after your asking price..

I don't see the problem..
