Interesting look and amazing technology... but I'm not sold on it. I'm guessing Ed is likely correct that the slider is likely a lock so the chrono function doesn't get set off by unwanted pressures on the crystal.
Hey, if you went diving do you think the water pressure would set off the chrono?
