A service will set you back several hundred dollars but the watch will come back with a two year warranty if it is done at the RSC. Watch will look like new so it may command a higher premium taking into consideration the two year warranty. I do not know whteher the price will be that much better though and whether servicing will be of any benefit to you as a seller in terms of returns vs selling it without a service.
I suggest you look at secondhand prices of similar 2009-2011 watches with our without a service and see what is best for you.
