The 5167 is a much cleaner dial watch than 5164A.
There is nothing greatly horologically astounding about a GMT function.
I'm not a big fan of skeleton hands.
If you need a GMT function you can get that on a Rolex be it SS or PM.
What if you keep the 5167 and get the new SS/RG GMT with the updated brand new movement...now that would be totally cool!
