From your description, it sounds like you went to the Dallas RSC in person? I agree they won’t give you anything in writing.
But Rolex RSC does provide documentation in a circuitous way when you mail in the watch and it proves to be a fake.
If they refuse service and return it, there will be an associated document.
If they keep it, Rolex legal has a routine retention letter for copyright violation giving you their reasons.
