I had an Ebel BTR 1911 that was 44.5mm. It was the biggest/heaviest watch I had but it was also the most comfortable because there were no edges, everything had a nice curve to it and it wore it's weight pretty evenly all over. I would go to bed and wake up and not even have marks on my wrist!!!
