If it is an open lug design, just stick a pin, needle, really tiny screwdriver, or some such object into the lug hole. Actually, your first choice would be a wooden toothpick, but that might not be strong enough. Push the end of the pin that secures the bracelet to the case far enough in so that the pin, which is held in place by spring tension, recesses into the tube surrounding the pin enough so that you can slide the bracelet away from the case. Try not to launch the pin to the other side of the room while you are doing this. Some people like to put tape around the lug hole to avoid scratching the case.

The end of the bracelet that you want to remove is the 6 o'clock side.
