Some of the upper end GMT-style watches have "jump" hour hands, as do the Rolex GMT Master II and the Rolex Explorer II.
I know that at least one of the Omega GMT-style watches has a "jump" hour hand, and I would hope the same for the Seamaster GMT.
In any event, for travelling, I have found this feature the single most desireable function of a watch (aside from consistent time-keeping) in that it allows one to quickly and easily change the hour hand without impacting the minute and second hands.
Additionally, on those GMT-style watches that rely on the hour hand to set the date, the "jump" hour function makes advancing the date to the first of the next month very easy.
So, I hope someone will tell me whether the watch in question has a "jump" hour hand.
