I've had limited experience (all positive) with the "Rolex Authorized Service Center" in San Francisco. The SF facility is located at 210 Post Street, Suite 704-705 in San Francisco and their telephone number is 415-982-9830. If you drive into San Francisco, the RSC is only a five minute walk from the Union Square parking garage.
In response to my initial email query about the SF facility's capabilities, "Lucy" replied "We are just like the Dallas RSC, albeit on a smaller scale, and are able to do almost all repairs they do. We also honor warranties issued by any authorized service center internationally."
I've also been into the Beverly Hills RSC office, where I had my watch timing checked and the bracelet adjusted on the spot.
