On the current models, mechanically, they're identical. The differences are only cosmetic - the Date comes in a 34mm Case, the Datejust (in the equivalent men's model) in a 36mm case. You get some slightly different dials on the Date, only get the option of the Oyster bracelet and the choice of the engine turned bezel as well as domed and fluted.
