Having met many of the key players, both public figures and behind the scenes, I can say that these folks really care about the watches and the client experience. They never were out to capture the market or please the shareholders….that’s what the rest of the overarching catalogue was for. Watches were a passion of BLV and now JA. It’s just that Jean has a bit more to prove, business-wise, in his family and thus the impetus to morph from a solely business perspective.

I am very glad to see the “standard” watches are being cut. The paradigm shift was needed. The folks at LFT are top notch and trained under some of the best folks in the industry…they operate with a “niche microbrand” mentality but have the resources of LVMH at their disposal.

Thanks for the insight. It’s clear that Jean A has a lot of passion.
