I thought you said it was a 7205 bracelet with a 7835 clasp. If there are no markings on the links, how did you come to know that it is a 7205 bracelet? Most 7205 bracelets have "7205" marked on the last link before the endlink. And I don't think polishing would erase it.

Now, very early 7206 bracelets, from the early 60s IIRC, don't have 7206 marked on the last link. I don't know if the same was true for 7205 bracelets.
