You have 3 wildly different choices there. Perpetual Calendars are fairly expensive to maintain, so personally, that would be a bit of a factor. On the other hand, perpetuals are a cool set of complications. For me right now, I would go for the Overseas. VC is the oldest mechanical watch company in the world and they make some of the very finest watches. But the Daytona is highly sought after, so I guess your choice is going to depend on what aspects of the watch you value most highly. JLC is considered to be a top tier brand with very reasonable prices and they make many of the movements that other luxury brands use.
Basically, you can't lose with those 3 choices, but if I were picking, I would go with the Overseas. Best of luck.
