I notice that is about 6 seconds faster than the Naval clock, which itself is off about a half second from time.gov.

In any event, I'm not so concerned about having the exactly correct official time as much as I just like to have a reference to see how my watch is running. So any of these is OK with me so long as I'm using the same reference consistently.
