Several years ago, I needed a part and NOBODY was helping me get it. Steve stepped up and helped me, and at a very fair price. I did several more transactions with Steve, he even served as middle-man on some deals - a seller would send the watch to Steve, he would verify authenticity and I would then pay the seller, then I'd pay Steve to service the watch and send it to me.
Then, I sent my wife's daily-wear Date to him, via USPS. A week goes by, I contact him, and he claimed he never got it. I had to file a claim with USPS - took nearly a year, but I got reimbursed for the amount of insurance I paid for.
Not long after that, the other issues with Steve started to become visible...
FWIW, the watches he worked on for me have performed flawlessly!
